The system is designed to direct your new question to the advisor who answered you last.
To select a new advisor or change your current one, follow these steps:
Go to the Advisors tab.
Click the "All advisors" button, located above the input field (Ask your question).
Browse the list of currently online advisors, which are sorted by categories. You will see a blue dot next to their name confirming their active status.
Click SELECT under the advisor you wish to start a new chat with.
