At the moment, we do not provide a feature to download or export chat transcripts.
For privacy reasons, our support team does not have access to the content of your conversations and cannot generate a file for you.
However, your full chat history is always available in your account. To read your past conversations:
Go to the "My chats" section.
Select the chat you wish to view.
Scroll up to see all previous messages.
