If you don’t see your active Astroline subscription in your Google or Apple Account, you most likely purchased it via our website. To confirm it’s true, check for these signs:
- You paid with Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or debit/credit card.
- The subscription isn’t listed in your Google or Apple Account, but charges persist.
- You got a receipt or a welcome email from Astroline, not Google or Apple.
- Your bank statement shows a charge from Astroline.
If you wish to cancel your Astroline web subscription, follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account using the email and password you’ve created when subscribing to Astroline.
- Tap the gear icon at the top right of the main screen to open ‘Settings.’
- Scroll down to the ‘Manage Subscription’ section and tap it.
- Tap the button ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom of the screen.
To prevent charges, make sure to cancel both web and mobile subscriptions.
Once you cancel, your account remains active for the current billing period, but you’ll lose access to premium features when your subscription expires.
Please note that removing the app, deleting your account, or unsubscribing from the newsletter does not cancel your subscription. Subscription charges will continue automatically whether you use the app or not.
